As a fountain pen user, I'm fussy about which notebooks I buy. Over the years I have settled on Red 'n' Black brand, because I've found that the Optik paper they use works well with my pens, especially when using Parker italic (stub) nibs and Pelikan ink, which doesn't work on my Moleskine notebooks.
