The company has NOT updated the design of its Premium Backpack.I have an Older model and it's basically the SAME, Unchanged for all these years!It barely fit's the 17" laptops as the side of the laptop sticks out on TOP of the interior rubbing against the top that you have to tuck it underneath.There's NOT outside pocket(s) to store a water bottle of any sort/size!The cellphone case in front of the harness is designed for the OLD cellphones of OLD when it was a brick or flip phone NOT the smartphone like the iPhone or Galaxy phones.I've written the company with a generic response that they receive the comment and pass it along to whomever.The company has become a JOKE in that you won't find any updates to this backpack's design which is a shame.I've taken the backpack traveling in/out of the U.S. and it's now slowly unfraying on the outer edges, considering how much I use the bag now and in in the past. You can even use it as a day bag for traveling.It's relatively bulky and heavy but it lasts but the price has gone UP while the design has stayed the same.Look Elsewhere before Settling on this backpack.
