This is a very high quality, durable notebook. I go through one of these notebooks every 6 months or so in my work as a biophysics researcher, so it keeps more information together than the 150 page book. It has a good area for table of contents. If you are in a biotech setting and require others to witness your work, it has the appropriate areas for this. I think it is worthwhile to have a nice lab book.It is significantly less expensive from amazon than from other sources.
