Let's stipulate the following--it sets up easily and it does support screen resolutions as high as the specs say it does. There is, however, a difference between "supports" and "works well". I have a 1600x1220 display. I've updated both my laptop's video drivers and the Kensington (DisplayLink) software, and it's so slow that is is inadequate for something as simple as web browsing. While I understand that Kensington does not recommend it for gaming, web browsing isn't gaming.Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this turkey, as I bought it quite some time ago and put it on the shelf until I "had time" to try it out. Save yourself and save your money--buy a laptop that can use a "real" dock.
