I really struggled to find an appropriate star-rating for this bag, but I'll try to explain some pros and cons below.PROS- Incredible weight distribution (however, this is achieved with poor materials. Read below)- Nice design (gets a surprising amount of compliments)- Extremely spacious- Great customer serviceCONS- Poor quality- DurabilityHaving owned the bag for less than 6 months before things started ripping and tearing, I was not impressed. The holes to adjust the length of the carrying straps tore after just 2-3 months; that worried me, but it looked like they stopped tearing about 1.5cm down and were not going further. (I was definitely terrified of the day that they tore all the way and my laptop would go crashing to the ground.) They tore on all four sides.The straw that broke the camel's back was when the straps began to tear beneath the buckle (where they're actually connected to the bag) on all four sides. THAT would send my laptop (and life) to the ground. How soon? I wouldn't know, and I wasn't willing to risk it to find out.That said, I did reach out to Women in Business, and they seemed to genuinely care and want to make things right. We'll see where that goes, but I'm glad to at least get a response from them. I rarely ever reach out to a business, but I was so impressed with this bag at first (especially the weight distribution considering the thin straps), so I wanted to let them know they have an amazing product, they just need to up the quality.
