Bad Thing:My first order was super wonky, and the button was sticking hard. Amazon/company was super fast to replace the defective device.Good Thing: Now holy cow, the device itself, once I got a working one, far exceeded expectations. It's no mini hammer drill, I'm an iT guy and do various electronic work, which it is perfect for. Not too strong, not too weak,(phones laptops etc.) even screwed into PVC to install some small wireless cameras.Good Thing: Not gonna lie, expected it to break quick, and it's been about 5 months of serious use. Even when it's close to battery death I'm pushing the motor manually expecting to overwork it or something. Nope, just charge it up and it's back to work.Good Thing: For the price point, I also have a manual set of all the same heads for about $10. However, the $50 (give or take for sales) hardly matters once a teardown goes from hour/s to minutes, and in my case reduces needs to travel for repairs. The screwdriver quite literally paid for itself.Good Thing: Get ready to feel entitled after getting an electric screwdriver because it seriously (amusingly) impresses people, and you'll not want to go back to a manual. There is only the obvious situations that call for an actual hammer drill, or man-handling. All the same, you'll not want to go back, and it's also great if you have wrist/hand pains after cycling through 50+ ridiculous screws in a laptop.Bad Thing: (sort of) It's not a self reliant type of portable, the case does not hold everything, and one will still need a carry bag to take all together.Good Thing: So far, going across multiple brands and device types, always had the bit/head needed for the job.
